A.H.S. School Rules
All users of the Analy Library will adhere to Analy High School Rules.
Library Use
1. Sign-in/out Sheet:
The sing in/out sheet will only be used during class time. Sign-in will not be required before school, during tutorial, during lunch, or after school. The sign in/out sheet will require the following information. Student Name, Period, Teacher Name, Time In, Time Out.
2. All students who are sent to the Library from a class need to have a valid pass to enter.
3. If a student has a free period they will note that in the 'Teacher' field of the sign-in in sheet, and we will verify this in Aries.
4. If a student intentionally gives misinformation the appropriate authorities will be notified and there will be discipline. (Options for this are: sending an email to their Teacher, VP, and Ms. Paladini, writing a referral, etc.)
Circulation
Library Books may be checked out for two weeks.
Students may renew books, by presenting them to the Librarian and requesting a renewal. The Analy Library offers up to two renewals as long as there are no holds on the book.
Books must be returned or renewed by the due date or late fees will apply. Late fees are .25 cents per school day that the book is late.
If books are lost or damaged, the student will be charged for the replacement of the book.
The Librarian is on duty from 7:30-3:30 daily.
