A.H.S. School Rules
We wish to promote an academic, yet collaborative environment that will allow for student success. All users of the Analy Library will adhere to Analy Library as well as Analy High School Rules.
Library Use
1. All students must be respectful to fellow students and staff.
2. All students who are sent to the Library from a class need to have a valid pass to enter.
3. If a student has a free period they will use the Library is a productive manner.
4. If a student intentionally gives misinformation, the appropriate authorities will be notified and there will be discipline.
5. Students must exhibit appropriate library behavior, speaking in quiet tones, displaying respectful behavior, and using headphones with computers/personal electronic devices. We wish to promote an academic, yet collaborative environment that will allow for student success.
6. Failure to comply food/drink rules may result in disciplinary action.
7. Cell phones must be silent.
Circulation
Library Books may be checked out for two weeks.
Students may renew books, by presenting them to the Librarian and requesting a renewal. The Analy Library offers up to two renewals as long as there are no holds on the book.
Books must be returned or renewed by the due date or late fees will apply. Late fees are .10 cents per school day that the book is late. (Fees lowered from .25/day as of 8/10)
If books are lost or damaged, the student will be charged for the replacement of the book.
The Librarian is on duty from 7:15-4:00 Monday, Wednesday, Friday; and from 7:30-4:00 on Tuesday & Wednesday.
